Exceptional senior support worker opportunity available within a small and homely residential setting on the outskirts of Birmingham.
Working 35 hours a week (varied shift pattern to include weekends on a rota basis), you will support adults with learning disabilities to lead a fulfilling and independent life.
As part of an established team, you role as senior support worker, will require you to work closely with the management team, effectively lead a team of support workers and play a key role in the delivery of person centred care and support.
Other responsibilities will include, care and support planning, staff supervisions, medication, activity planning and liaising with external agencies.
To be considered for this exciting role, you must:
" Demonstrate proven experience in a support worker role and be looking for the chance to step up or be a senior support worker seeking your next challenge
" Hold a level 3 in health and social care, or equivalent
" Be able to commit to a varied shift pattern, which will include weekends on a rota basis
" Have secured experience in a health and social care setting
