An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Support Worker to join a Residential home supporting Adults with Learning disabilities and complex needs. This role may require travel between Kirkby Lonsdale and Grange-over-Sands.

You will be joining an organisation that provides specialist support to Children and Adults through person centred and a tailored approach.

Your duties will include providing a safe and nurturing environment for the Adults within the home, you will be leading a team of staff ensuring the smooth running of the shift, completing supervisions with staff, working towards achieving the best outcomes, liaising with social workers, family and health care professionals and managing care plans.

We are looking for a enthusiastic, reliable and flexible individual with a genuine passion for working with adults with complex needs,

The successful candidate must hold a Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, a full UK Driving Licence and hold experience of supporting adults with Learning Disabilities.

This a full time permanent position with a salary of £26,578 plus exciting development opportunities and benefits.
