Senior Tenancy Support Worker
Carmarthenshire

Here at BS Social Care we are looking for an experienced Support Worker to cover a full-time temporary contract in a leading homelessness charity. They are looking for an enthusiastic individual to be a Senior Support Worker in one of their projects. The role will be to provide floating tenancy support to vulnerable people in the Carmarthenshire area.

Previous experience in this area is essential as you will be taking on a senior role and you will have a case load of between 18 and 20 clients.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of one year's practical experience within the care sector. Being a driver with access to your own vehicle is essential. They will also have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
