Job Description

Senior support workers required for an established. GOOD rated residential home for adults with learning disabilities, specifically autism and challenging behaviours in Birmingham.

As senior support worker, you will work closely with the manager and deputy manager to deliver person centred care and support on a full time basis.

Working a rota of 5 days over seven, your duties will include:
* Supporting residents to live independently and develop life skills
* Assisting with person centred care plans
* Support with daily activities
* Activity planning
* Record keeping

A positive, pro-active and driven individual, you will be committed to making a difference to the lives of the people in your care.

You will have experience working or living with people with autism and learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and complex need, be able to demonstrate shift/team leading skills and hold a relevant care qualification.
