Job Description

I have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to work in a well-established company within their Residential and Supported Living Services in Camborne. You will be supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Needs who may display behavior that challenges.

If you are genuinely passionate about providing care for individuals and are ready to work within a fast paced environment then this is the role for you!

Day-to-Day Duties;
-Support and lead a team of staff
-Support every individual within the home
-Admin tasks
-Complete handovers
-Lead in house training
-Complete supervisions

Candidate Requirements;
-Experience working as a Senior Support Worker
-NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 Health and Social Care or, willingness to complete one

Salary/Contract;
-£10.38 p/h
-Full Time 37.5 hours a week
-Shifts range between 7AM-10PM
-Alternate weekend work is required
-Any sleep ins you do will be paid at £50 p/sleep
-There will be on call duties paid at £12.50 p/h
