A leading supplier of Supported Living Services within Adults learning disabilities in Dudley are seeking an enthusiastic Team leader/ Senior Support Worker to join their already established team.
As a senior with a minimum of 2 years` experience within learning disabilities you will be required to shift lead, administer medication and generally oversee the staff team at all times.
A dedicated and experienced senior with enthusiasm to deliver the best care possible, you will be competent in leading a staff team, delegating tasks effectively, ensuring that all safeguarding procedures are adhered to and that all care delivered promotes choice, dignity and independence
To be successful in your application for this senior role, you must
* Hold the NVQ LEVEL 2 Health and Social Care (Adults)
* Have at least 2 years senior experience
* Have a proven background in Learning Disabilities
