We are looking for a driven individual passionate about making a difference by building relationships and positively impacting the lives Individuals you will be working with.

The 26 bedded residential home provides care, for dementia residents with day to day life and supporting them with communication difficulties and any health needs they have.

Location: Upminster

MIT:
1 - Level 2 NVQ Health & Social Care
2- Dealt with clients who have had Dementia
3 - Speaks fluent English
4 - Experience with the elderly
Typical duties can include

- Personal care (washing and dressing)
- Ensuring a safe, supportive and enjoyable environment
- Development of social and learning skills where applicable
- Communication and building strong relationships with residents
- Experience in doing Night shifts in residential setting.
- Senior Level of experience
- Medication Trained / Training will be provided if you don`t have

About the role
- Weekend work required and 3 Nights shift work
- £9.70 an Hour - 36 Hours a week
