B.S Social Care are currently recruiting for experienced a Shift Leader /senior residential/Unit Manager to start immediately. This position is temporary with permanent position for the right candidate. The salary is negotiable for the right candidate would look to increase. Will need experience in running shifts in a residential capacity. Able to undertake rota`s and administrative work in that all unit paperwork is completed.

To work a 40-hour week that includes mornings and evenings with negotiation about working patterns. You will be working in a residential provision for a School. The school provides an educational experience for visually impaired pupils, including those who are multi-disabled visually impaired aged between two and nineteen. The school also supports pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
There is a lot of medication provided to the pupils, but this is administered by a team of health care assistants, therefore the candidate needs a working understanding of medication procedures. The role is around managing the shift and the staff each evening and morning. To make sure activities are organised and all administrative tasks completed. The role will require Managerial responsibilities.
