Senior Team Leader (Children)

A heart-warming and welcoming Children Service is seeking a patient, kind, bubbly, passionate yet resilient individual with genuine passion and commitment for supporting vulnerable children, as a Senior Team Leader you will proactively create a stimulating environment for the children to develop. As a Senior Team Leader your role will include;
Main duties
-To create and provide a nurturing environment for the children and young adults.
-To work on a rostered shift system inclusive of evening, weekend work and sleep ins.
-To ensure a high standard of personal care
-To work within the children's environment in providing developmental and educational support
-Offer therapeutic and emotional support to each resident.

Essential skills
-Experience as a Senior Residential Support Worker or Support Worker
-NVQ Level 3 Children and Young Peoples Workforce (or equivalent)

This is a full-time permanent vacancy of a Senior Team Leader(40hrs), working on a rolling rota shift pattern (plus sleep in duties).
