An exciting opportunity has arisen in a childrens trauma home. The post available is a Senior therapeutic Care Worker working with children ages 11-17

The employer has multiple homes in the East Lancashire area and is looking to expand this year and to open more homes. The homes they currently have all specialise in looking after children with traumatic backgrounds and supporting them with their daily needs.


In this role you will be running the shift in the absence of the Deputy Manager and the Registered Manager. You will also be directing the therapeutic care workers as well as assisting with the paper work and admin tasks.

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 in Children and Young People or Childrens residential as well as holding a full clean driving license.

For the senior role you MUST have experience in a previous senior role to be considered for the role.
