Service Desk Officer - NHS England
Brook street are looking for a service desk officer to work for NHS England on a full time basis. This is a temporary role for 3 months which is highly likely to be extended!
Location- Remote working (Office based in Leeds)
Pay - £13.12ph
Hours- Monday - Friday (9-5)
You will be joining a small team to help support queries and and supporting any system issues. This is currently working via a shared mailbox and triage forms but is shortly moving over to a system called Service Now which is a ticket management system. You will need to work at your own initiative and identify what issues you can resolve/support yourself and what will need escalating for manger approval or IT team for any technical issues.
Some duties will include:
- Supporting the live service team
- log any system issues on a triage form through excel
- be able to communicate through M/S Team, calls and email
- Access requests and manage accordingly
- Gain approval for managers/know what needs approving
- Send out notifications to the department when identifying and system issues
- creating user accounts/files
