Job Description

Role: Service Manager
Location:Truro
Salary: £35,000
12 Month Permanent Contract
Start Date: ASAP

Recruiting for a Registered Manager to head an up beat team and run a home for 8 people with Learning Disabilities in Truro.

This is a 12 month Maternity cover that may well be extended. As well joining a great team you will also join a known charity passionate about changing the world for everyone with a learning disability. They are always expanding and the key is quality of care my client provides.

You will be supported and work closely with the Area Operations Manager and Senior Management to ensuring positive outcomes are achieved for the people in your care.

Key to the role will be cultivating a positive team culture, ensuring your service is a great place to work, acting as a role model and demonstrating good practice to other members of the team.

You`ll be responsible for proactively managing and developing your team, the quality of the service, the rota, and the budget.

Are you inclusive, trustworthy, caring, loving a challenge and have a positive attitude?
Also have knowledge and experience working with adults with learning disabilities and level 5 in social care/management or equivalent.
