We have a fantastic opportunity to join an established and well-regarded provider of supported living and residential services to adults with learning disabilities, as a service manager.

The Role:
Overseeing supported living services in the Gloucestershire area
Managing the staff team and the day to day running of the services
Staff supervisions and appraisals
Ensuring support is delivered to service users according to individual needs
Managing and ensuring high levels of occupancy

About You:
You will be an experienced Health and Social Care practitioner, with at least 1 year in a management role. You will ideally hold a Level 5 Care Management qualification. You will be a driver with your own vehicle.
