SALARY: £25,000

BS Social Care is assisting one of the UK`s leading providers for supported living, in their search for a Service Manager in the Ayrshire area. Their aim is to help people live ordinary, happy lives through extraordinary support, and you could be part of it!

The Role:

As a Service Manager you will need to promote an enabling environment, ensuring high standards of care and practice are achieved. You will provide management, advice and support to motivate the teams you will be working with, to ensure those who use the service are able to live as independent as possible. As the Service Manager you will be a professional in providing specialist services for people with LD, MH, autism, and profound learning disabilities as well as brain injuries and other sensory/communications impairments.

Qualifications:
- NVQ Lvl 4 or 5 in Care or management
- Minimum three years management experience
- Whilst not essential, a Driving Licence and access to a car will help as you`ll need to travel from service to service.
