An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager to manage a brand new supported living service for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs based in The Wirral.
Working for a local and established organisation providing care and support for adults with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities.
As Service Manager you will be managing a 20 bed supported living service for adults with learning disabilities. Your duties will include managing a staff team to ensure effective support to the people within the service, you will complete risk assessments and support plans, induct new starters and manage complaints. You will also liaise with internal and external stakeholders and attend multi agency meetings.
We are looking for a confident and committed individual with the passion to manage a specialist service for adults with learning disabilities.
The successful candidate will hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management and have experience managing a service for adults with learning disabilities. A Full UK Driving License with access to your own car is essential.
This is a full time permanent position with a salary of £25,000-£30,000 plus exciting benefits.
