An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager to oversee and manage homes for children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties.

Working for a new organisation that provides specialist therapeutic residential homes to children and young people with challenging behaviour in Lancashire.

Your duties as Service Manager include managing the Registered Managers of the homes and completing regular supervisions. You will be responsible for managing placements and referrals, liaising with local authority and multi agencies.

We are looking for a confident and dedicated individual with the passion to make a positive impact to the children's lives.

The successful candidate will hold a Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management and have experience as a Registered Manager of a childrens home. A Full UK Driving License with access to your own car is essential.

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday with a salary of £40,000 plus exciting benefits.
