We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Care Manager to join a leading care organisation that provides support to people with a range of needs.

We are seeking someone with experience in the learning disability or mental health sector, ideally with knowledge of supported living. However, we will be willing to consider candidates with suitable cross-over experience.
You will join an established organisation and will receive excellent support from the senior management team to ensure that you progress and develop in your role, in line with your own personal development and career expectations.
