Service Manager

Job Description

We are recruiting a Service Manager for our Supported Living services in Weston-Super-Mare to assist the Registered Manager to plan and develop services and to formulate the appropriate strategies and procedures. As the Service Manager you will have day to day responsibility for the management of staff to ensure the delivery of person-centered support services provided to adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, mental health conditions and associated complex care needs in their own home.
