Job Description

I have a rare and exciting opportunity to work within a well-established Supported Living Service as a Service Manager supporting adults with Mental Health needs and Learning Disabilities in Gloucester.

You will be working closely with the Registered Manager and assisting them to plan and develop services. Working as a Service Manager you will have the day-to-day responsibility of staff management, constantly ensuring the delivery of person cantered support.

Qualifying candidates;
-Hold atleast an NVQ/QCF Level 4 in Health and Social Care
-Have experience as a Service Home Manager within Supported Living
-Multi site experience

Pay/Contract;
-Salary of up to £30,000 per annum dependent on experience
-This is a full time position, 40 hours a week
