I am currently working closely with a client who are looking for a new service manager to join their team and help steer the site above and beyond.

The client is a highly respected care provider for people with complex needs and learning disabilities. They are looking for someone with experience managing a team and working in a complex environment supporting the current service users and helping those newer transition.

Requirements-
*Full UK Driving licence and access to own vehicle.
*Level 5 LMC or equivalent
*2 years experience of managing a team in a similar environment
*Experience in supporting those with complex needs and learning disabilities.

This position is full time and predominantly 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, however hours out of these may need to be worked to suit the needs of the business.
