I am seeking an experienced registered manager to oversee the day to day running of a small residential service which caters for adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours in the Solihull area.
Employed on permanent, full time basis, you will be responsible for all elements of the day to day running of this service. This will include staff management, recruitment, overseeing a budget, liaising with external agencies and maintaining a warm, homely and caring environment.
Your new service is already rated good by CQC, so it is essential that you continue to deliver excellent quality and compliance and ideally, drive this forward to secure an outstanding rating.
I am seeking applications from established registered managers who have a good or outstanding CQC rating.
You must be competent and experienced in managing services for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs and be skilled overseeing a budget.
A formal care management qualification, is essential for this vacancy, as is flexibility to share the on call rota.
