This is an exciting opportunity to join an established organisation who specialise in the provision of Supported Living and Domiciliary Care services for individuals with Learning Disabilities and Complex needs.
As Service Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing the delivery of over 1500 hours of care per week across multiple sites, and will motivate and develop your staff team to ensure the highest quality of service which the company prides itself on is maintained. You will also be responsible for setting and managing annual budgets, ensuring profitability, as well as making sure all regulatory requirements are met.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and ability to inspire and motivate a large team of staff with a proven track record in delivering successful outcomes. You will be honest, creative and committed.
You will need to have an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent), experience within a similar role managing multiple sites, and have a Full UK Driving license and access to your own vehicle.
In return for your hard work, you will receive a generous salary of up to £30,000, as well as potential to earn bonus and generous annual leave entitlement.
