An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager to oversee a range of leaving care services for young people across the Lancashire Area.

You will be working for an incredible organisation who offer various levels of support from outreach to Semi-independent living for young people aged 16+.

As the Service Manager you will lead and direct the day to day management of the outreach and semi-independent living. You will lead by example and ensure that all care is delivered is in line with company policies and procedures. You will be responsible for staff supervisions, recruitment and training. You will be a pro-active, organised and compassionate manager, who leads by example and communicates effectively to both your staff team and people in your care. With a proven background in the leaving care or children's residential sector, you will be able to demonstrate significant experience within a managerial role.

The successful candidate will hold a minimum of 3 years' management experience within the Children and Young Person' sector, you will hold a Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Level 5 in leadership and management is desirable) a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle would be essential for this role.
This is a full-time position with a salary of £30,000 per annum. You will also receive a fantastic bonus structure, a generous annual leave allowance, ongoing training and development and benefit from internal progression opportunities.
