BS Social Care are currently recruiting for a Service Manager for an adult supported living service covering a range of needs including Autism and Learning Disabilities with challenging behaviour within the Oxfordshire area for a large organisation.

About the ideal candidate; we are looking for an experienced Registered Service Manager within a supported living setting that holds a QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent) Health and Social Care. You will need to have great knowledge of CQC, policies and procedures in a supported living/residential service including health and safety legislation. You will have experience of managing, developing and performance evaluating staff. You will have experience of recruitment, budget management, team leadership and responsibility for making decisions about the staff, service and service users meaning you will need excellent communication skills. You will have great knowledge of Autism and Learning Disabilities.
In return; this role is a full time and permanent role with hours discussed on interview, paying £34,000+ depending on experience. This role is within a well-known organisation and benefits which will be discussed on application.
