Person specification
The role of Services Manager needs a forward thinking, flexible and innovative individual who will represent the service and organisation locally and who will be a key partner within the evolving Integrated Care System of Cheshire, so lots of involvement with Local Authorities, external agencies and governing bodies. They will also be the CQC Registered Manager for the integrated service.
Experience Specification
Ultimately we are looking for a Registered Service Manager to lead, develop and engage with their team ensuring that best practice is being utilised at all times and that the people that use their services, including families and the winder public receive the best possible service available.
Your experience will be in managing a service previously, that supports adults, young people or children & families in the areas of economic deprivation, abuse, homelessness, offenders, and alcohol & substance misuse - this will enable you to lead and develop your team and service the people you support.
