We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Service Manager for a supported living service for adults. If this sounds like the role for you then get in touch NOW!

You will be working for an excellent service provider who are highly experienced in providing specialist support to individuals with Learning disabilities.

You will be managing the day to day running of the service along sided Assistant team manager in Blackpool! You will have the responsibility to line manage the front-line staff organise any building maintenance requirements and support directly on care, for a 4-bed shared supported living house.

You must have real understanding managing a caseload of individuals with complex needs as well as having a real passion and drive to be leading by example with a firm management style. Positive attitude , Flexible to working hours and willing to participate in on call arrangements.

This is a Full time permanent role 40 hours a week starting salary of £23,000 per annum plus sleep in rate of £62.64 per sleep, and if you don`t have Level 5 in leadership in management you must be willing to undertake this. Plus Development and training opportunities available.
