Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Service Managers to lead and develop a number of Supported Living Services for Adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Acquired Brain Injury across the Chorley and Leyland area.

You will be working for a fantastic organisation who is one of the UK's leading providers of support services for people with diverse and often complex needs in community settings are.

As the Service Manager you will be responsible for providing motivational and inspiring leadership to your team overseeing supported living services for young adults and adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Acquired Brain Injury.

You will promote an enabling environment, ensuring high standards of professional practice, whilst achieving compliance with external regulatory standards. You will provide specific management, support, advice and motivation to staff teams to ensure that the people who use are services are supported to be as independent as possible and achieve their goals. and development of care and support plans and undertake on call duties.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 in Health and Social Care, hold a full UK Driving License's and previous leadership experience.

This is a full-time position with a salary of up to £23,000 with exciting opportunities for training, progression and further career development.
