A new opportunity has come up for a House Manager to manage 3 sheltered living services in the Wolverhampton area. All services are in close proximity and cater for older adults, ensuring they remain independent within their later years.

As House Manager your role will oversee all operational responsibilities including catering, housekeeping and maintenance. Your role is to support residents in all aspects of their lives ensuring they remain as independent as possible within a safe and homely environment.

Working across all three schemes, rota management, risk assessments and support plans plus marketing your services to ensure full occupancy and offering support with the planning of social activities will be a key part of your role as sheltered housing manager.

To be considered for this role, it is ESSENTIAL that you can demonstrate a proven background within the SHELTERED HOUSING SECTOR.

You will be a driven, dynamic and positive individual who can work with the local community to plan and develop activities and maintain an active service but also positive relationships and increased referrals.

A formal care qualification such as an NVQ level 3 in social Care or an NVQ level 5 in leadership and management is essential to be considered for this exceptional role, as are excellent communication skills, a passion to make a difference and the ability to lead, coach and mentor your team to provide the best support possible.

In return for your extensive knowledge and experience, you will be rewarded with a generous salary of £24000 per annum, as well as a generous benefits package.
