£9.00 - £9.50 per hour + induction + holiday + pension contribution

BS Social Care have great jobs available and now Tenancy Management and Mentoring Support to join the well established agency. We have a variety of shifts available within residential services in the Corby area.
As a Tenancy management support worker you will be responsible for supporting people who have been homeless to sustain their new tenancy, signpost and direct to external services for additional support needs, to listen and offer guidance where needed, to assist in their daily living duties and help guide to achieve long term goals. 37.5 hours can include: days, nights and weekend

Ideally you will have a minimum of one year`s experience supporting vulnerable people within the care sector and proven experience / knowledge or working with individuals experiencing homelessness and issues associated with this. Knowledge of the welfare system is beneficial. Due to the nature of the role a driver is essential.
