We have a unique specialised role that we are recruiting for, we are looking for experienced housing experience that wants to work for a well established organisation.

The role of the specialist landlord coordinator is to manage the property schemes and accommodation with vulnerable client groups and monitoring performance. You will be liaising with outside agencies and clients and maintaining and building relationships with them. You need to ensure each property is managed correctly and working as it should, you will be keeping an eye on invoices and resolving complaints. This role is on a temporary basis till September with the potential for this to carry on for longer. The role is Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, full time hours.
The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience within this sector and potentially done the role previously or something similar. You will be competent with impeccable customer service skills.
You will need to drive for this role and have a minimum of 1 years work experience within the social care sector in the past 5 years. If you have a DBS on the update service we would love to hear from you!
