Title: Specialist Support Worker
Salary: £19,071 - £20,000 per annum
Location: Frome
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent, (37.5 hours a week) Part time hours also available

About the Role:

Your role will be working as a Support Worker in a friendly and supportive team based in a registered care home in Frome.

The service provides support for two children with visual impairments. One of the service users is legally blind. Your approach will therefore vary on an individual basis as you familiarize with the service.

You will be given bespoke training in Visual Awareness, where you will gain unique qualifications and development in the sector.

I must stress that the role is a very unique opportunity and the organisation you will be working for are nationwide with numerous opportunities to progress internally.

Shifts:

Flexible hours are available between 20 to 37.5 hours a week. Part time positions are also available.

There is also an expectation for you to do sleep in shifts.
