Speech and Language Therapist

£16 per hour

20 hours per week (you must be flexible)

My Client based in Partington Manchester is currently looking for a S.A.L.T worker to join there education team working on a part time permanent position. You will be working in various services and settings to cover outreach, education and supported living for both adults and young people. The service users will have various needs so it would be ideal if you had experience working with people with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour or complex needs.

Your role will be to access and evaluate all the children's needs and make sure they are receiving the best programme they can to help with all speech and language difficulties they face. You will also be in charge of making sure that all TA's know the right process to follow and correct procedures to make sure that all children are on the right track and are completing the programme which has been put together for them.

In order to be successful for this role you will need to have the below as essential criteria;
> A degree in speech and language therapy.
> Be a registered member of the royal college of speech and therapy.
> HCPC registered.
>Proven experience working with children and young people in an education setting.
