** Swaffham, Norfolk **

BS Social Care are recruiting for a Team Manager in the Swaffham area of Norfolk to solely look after the whole team within that area. You will be based both in the office in Swaffham and within the community of Norfolk. This is a full time and permanent role paying £21,000 - £30,000 working Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm with some flexibility needed.

About the employer; this employer is a charity organisation supporting Carers who are supporting their loved ones who are people with any condition at all ages from children to older adults. This organisation looks after both the service user and their family and friends.

About the job; this role is to solely look after all of the staff ensuring that everything is up to date, covered and that all staff are feeling empowered and satisfied in their role. You will cover all aspects from training, supervisions, personal development, recruitment, to assist with HR issues, annual leave and more.

About the ideal candidate; this candidate will be hard working, motivating, dedicated, a great role model, a good understanding of what workers need and want in this sector and someone who is able to action exactly what they say they will. You will be fun, bubbly, sociable, approachable and someone who receives a lot of job satisfaction knowing your staff are being well looked after.

You will also hold a NVQ 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care and will either hold similar experience of this role/feel this is something you are able to apply for and you will also be a driver with access to your own car due to the nature of the role.

In return for this full time and permanent role, we will offer £21,000 - £30,000 alongside the benefit of working for a charity and not a profitable business, fuel card, full and consistent training, 25 days AL excluding BH's so 33 in total, annual pay review and so much more.
