Job Description

I am currently working in partnership with a fantastic organisation that are looking to add to their senior management team. The are seeking a staffing manager to help implement a recruitment and retention drive within the organisation across their branches in the West and East Midlands

As a staffing manager your duties range from senior management meetings to the compliance of new starters. They will also include the following;

To deliver effective recruitment and retention strategies to ensure that all services have enough suitably qualified care staff to meet the branch care requirements.

To liaise with managers, divisional directors, and administrators to understand each service and their staffing and recruitment needs.

To ensure that all vacancies are advertised on all available job boards and social media sites

To successfully implement an in-house ATS system to manage all applications of candidates

To manage the ATS and candidate pipeline to include full compliance in line with company policies, CQC regulations and the Health& Social Care Act (2014).

To pre-screen and arrange all interviews with candidates and the registered managers or directors

To attend senior management meetings and to report your monthly recruitment and retention findings


To be successful within this role you must have the following skills and attributes

Previous recruitment experience ideally in the care sector
Experience of Implementing and delivering recruitment and retention strategies.
Experience of completing recruitment and retention reports and analysing data to improve the recruitment process
Be a team player and can manage and lead a team
Have fantastic communication skills both written and verbal and be able to communication to people at different levels
