The company provides Semi Independent Living services for 16-18year olds whom we assist with essential skills that are necessary for independent living.
We provide suitable accommodation with a support packages which we tailor to meet each young person as an individual in order to best support their specific needs as they transition to living independently. We do this by identifying their specific needs according to their Individual Profile, Pathway Plan and we utilisation of suitably qualified Key Workers whose aim is to holistically achieve outcomes which may include the following:
o Good physical/emotional/mental/sexual health
o Living in a physically safe, environment
o Access to employment, training or education
o Participation in the local community
o Develop independence and money management skills
o Move to own accommodation
We are looking for a passionate, driven and enthusiastic Manager to drive the Organisation and overall company goals forward, whilst maintaining a high level of care and compassion. You will need to have an understanding and knowledge of learning disabilities, mental health, autism and complex needs. You will develop a small but fantastic service offering supported living to adults and children with a range of complex needs. You will be encouraging independence throughout the service and be a positive role model to not only the residents but your team too.
As Registered Manager you will be responsible for the operational day- to-day management of the service, ensuring our continued compliance with relevant legislation. Working in partnership with the Service Manager you will ensure the provision of a high-quality service enabling individual needs and organisational priorities to be met in accordance with available resources.

Monday to Friday 9-5 with on call shifts
Minimum Qualifications: - NVQ Level 5 in a relevant Health and Social Care course (Required) Diploma or Degree qualification in a relevant Health and Social Care course (Preferred)
Licence: Driver`s required and car owner required
