We are looking for support workers/care assistants in the Bristol area to offer specialist support/care for people with Dementia, mental health conditions and/or physical disabilities. If you have experience supporting adults and want a job in a warm friendly environment then this role is perfect for you!

You'll be supporting service users with their daily needs and encouraging/assisting them with personal care where required.

You'll need to have an empathetic and compassionate approach as well as promoting independence.

You'll also have a friendly approach with a genuine interest in making a difference to someone's day and putting a smile on their face!


What we'll need from you:


- A minimum of one years experience in working
within the care sector (preferable learning & physical disabilities)

- A DBS registered for the Update Service
would be a great advantage

- Driver

- Manual Handling Training

- Happy to conduct personal care
