Job Description

We are looking for a support manager to assist with the management of all aspects of running and operations of the care leaving services for young adult aged 16 - 15 years based in Nantwich.

You will be working for a company that works closely with parents, carers, Local Authority Social Care Teams, Schools, Specialist Therapeutic Resources and all other relevant professionals in order to deliver the right social care solution for every individual young person.Their service's include; short, medium and long term residential care packages, support and supervision for children and young people aged 8 to 18 and supported accommodation for individuals aged between 16 and 25.

You will ensure the young people have their needs met and the correct provisions in place to meet the standards set in the statement of purpose. You will work closely with the Supported living managers, helping their reach their potential and achieve outcomes. You will be involved in ensuring efficient budget allocation as well as driving occupancy and profitability across the provisions. You will drive and manage a culture of high performance and working to maintain, improve, promote and celebrate high standards of support offered.

You Will be managing and supporting each provision on a "Rota" basis as well as managing the day to day operations of the service. You will attend meetings relating to the young people who receive support to ensure there are robust plans in place and monitor outcomes.

You will have working with young people before in a supported living setting. You will need to have completed Level 5 in Leadership and management. You will be based within the head office at Nantwich but you will be travelling between the care leaving provisions and therefore you will need to be a driver with access to your own car.

This is a full time role Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (Although this is an off shift position you may need on a shift pattern as part of a rota, sleep in duties could be included as well as working weekends where required).

The salary for this role is up to £32,500 DOE.
