Do you have 1 years experience working with adults and physical disabilities? If so, you may want to carry on reading..

This is a service in Swindon who provide residential care to adults with physical and learning disabilities, with a focus on promoting independence and supporting throughout daily aspects of life.

This role is a 360 care/support role assisting the residents in all aspects of life, such as, supporting with daily routine, meal times, elements of personal care and day to day house duties.

Hoist trained is a desirable, as majority of the service users are in wheel chair. If you are a caring individual and want to make a difference to people`s lives and wants a rewarding job, this is the role for you! If not hoist trained, do not let that phrase you in in calling today - we would still like to hear from you.

All what we ask is you must have a years experience in the care or social care sector, or 6 months with the equivalent qualification.

A generous 8.50 - 9.00 p/h can be paid for this role. It is a really rewarding role, if I had an 1 years experience I would love to work alongside the friendly team in this Swindon based residential. You can chose from hours to suit your working needs, whether you`re a night owl or prefer the day shifts - you will be able to choice.
