Position: Support Worker
Location: W5 (Ealing)
Hours: Full time or part time
Potential temp to perm role
Guaranteed hours


We are currently recruiting for multiple support workers to provide the highest care and support to vulnerable individuals in a residential home. As a support worker, you will be responsible to support individuals to reach their potential. You must have excellent communication skills to be able to meet all their needs accordingly

Duties:
Handling medication
Complex care needs
Person centred approach
Promoting and ensuring privacy and dignity

Minimum requirements to work with BS Social Care as a Care Worker:
Recent 6-month care experience
You must have the right to work in the UK
For the registration; you must have your -- Passport, Biometric Residence Card, Proof of address, National Insurance and an enhance DBS
You must have a good level of English and be able to communicate
A warm and personable nature with the ability to work with patience and understanding.
