Are you looking for a new opportunity? Are you a skilled support worker with experience of supporting adults with autism and challenging behaviour.

BS Social Care is one of the UKs leading specialist recruitment agencies, specialising in permanent and temporary recruitment. We are working with one of our customers who is an established provider supporting adults with mental health issues, autism and substance misuse.

You will be working in a purpose built service for adults with autism and behaviours that challenge. opportunities have arisen for 2 full time support workers to work alongside a team of 12 providing day to day support to 4 adults with complex needs, autism and challenging behaviours.

The ideal candidate will be able to cope in a high pressured and challenging environment whilst providing excellent support to the residents. You will be skilled in supporting adults with a range of challenging behaviours and complex needs as well as understand that personal care needs may also be involved.

Ideally you will hold a relevant qualification (NVQ Health and Social Care) or be willing to work towards this. You will have the ability to keep calm under pressure and be passionate to work with vulnerable adults.

£17408 (depending on hours worked) Full time hours will be between 36 and 40 hours per week.
