Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well established and person centred residential home as a support worker.

BS Social Care is one of the UKs leading specialist recruitment agencies, specialising in permanent and temporary recruitment. We are working with one of our customers who is an established provider supporting adults with mental health issues, autism and substance misuse.

You will ideally have experience in a relevant field and have use of a vehicle as this is a remote location.

This excellent residency supports 10 adults with a dual diagnosis of autism and learning difficulties to live a valued life filled with optimism.

The successful applicant will strive to make every day amazing for the service users and celebrate their uniqueness. Each unique aspect with incite a tailored approach to meet a diverse range of needs. Whilst day to day aspect like; help with personal care, budgeting, shopping, cleaning, cooking, laundry and assistance with medication are to be adhered to; a primary focus is to make this fun and light-hearted. Bravery,Quality,y and the ability to take on a challenge will be qualities the successful candidate will have.
