Job Description

BS Social Care are currently looking for support workers who have experience supporting adults with varied learning disabilities or autism.

We are working with a number of organisations around Wyboston, that provide supported living services, residential care homes, day centres and outreach programs for adults who have mild to complex needs.

As a recruiter of vulnerable people, we are interested in speaking with candidates who understand their responsibilities of providing a safe and supportive environment that seeks to promote independence where possible. You will be an experienced support worker, who understands person centred support and is able to adapt to the needs of your client. You will be able to read, understand and follow care/support plans. You will be experienced in managing and de-escalating challenging behaviours. You will have an understanding of assessing risks and safeguarding adults from harm.

If you think you have the right skills, and you are passionate about making a positive difference to vulnerable peoples lives, then we have great opportunities just for you!
