BS Social Care are working alongside one of the leading care providers to those who are deaf or have additional hearing needs.

BS Social Care is a national organisation, specialising in the recruitment of professionals within the Health and Social Care sector. We are currently working alongside a specialist provider of residential care to provide support to a younger adult who we are helping and encouraging reach their goals and aims.

In this role you will be a fundamental part of the team in providing the best quality care in a safe and care focused environment for the service user. You will be instrumental in writing up and delivering support plans. You will help deliver the organisation of service user daily work plans, delivery of care focused training, and accessing of appropriate services to support the service users` needs.

The successful candidate will have:

- BSL Level 2- desirable, although not essential. Please feel free to call to discuss further.
- Experience working with service users who have multiple complex needs.
- Experience with challenging behaviour.
