Children's Support Worker

30 hours a week temporary contract. Up to £10 an hour (Monday - Friday) 4 days a week.

BS Social Care are currently recruiting an experienced Children's Support Worker to work for a national children's charity in Swansea.
Your role will be to provide advice, support and services to children, young people and their families in accordance with the aims and objectives of the service.

The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:

Children's Support Worker

- The challenges faced by young people who have been in the care system.
- Setting up and managing tenancies.
- Welfare benefits, substance misuse and mental health issues.
- Accessing external support services.
- Working in partnership with social services.
- Immigration issues, promoting healthy relationships, parenting challenges and support around domestic violence.

You will be able to work independently both from home and from a shared office.
