Residential Support Worker

Full time hours. Up to £10 per hour.

Have a minimum of 6 months experience in the care sector?

Here at BS Social Care we have spaces in an ongoing contract with a leading care provider in the Carmarthen area.

Your role will be to help out excellent teams of staff while caring for children and young adults with learning disabilities, epilepsy and autism. This will involve taking them out into the community, helping them with every day activities such as cooking and cleaning and encourage them to live independently. This role may involve some personal care due to the varying needs of the service users.

Hours are available from Monday - Sunday.

Training and a full induction will be provided.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 6 months practical experience within the care sector.

Being a driver with access to your own vehicle is essential due to the nature and location of the role. They will also have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
