We are looking for dedicated and committed support workers to join a highly reputable local organisation to support their service users who have learning disabilities in the Bristol area. The people you`ll be supporting are active and engaging, so you`ll need to have a can do personality as you`ll be busy from the moment you say, "Hi".

What we`ll need from you:
- Experience supporting vulnerable people
- To be a car driver
- You`ll have a pro-active personality, the more you put in the more you`ll get out
- The client is keen to get you started ASAP, so if you have a DBS on the update service then even better!

As well you will be:

-Budgeting and helping
-Helping client to find a job - paid or volunteering if they feel it would help them
-Looking for meaningful activities for client
-Helping to do meal planner and shopping list - help them to shop and teach them to cook if needed
-Helping with appointments
-Helping with overcome any obstacles which stopping them to do anything they like, overcome the anxiety, reassurance etc
