Would you like to work for the country`s leading residential home for adults with hearing loss?

If you have some experience with supporting adults with learning disabilities and want to work in Bath, we would like to hear from you. No actual qualifications are required as after your 3 month probation period the company will pay to put you through your NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care and BSL levels 1&2.

If providing the highest quality of care to deaf adults is your passion, this could be the ideal career path for you. Everything you do will be person centred and at interview you will gain first hand experience of the people who use this service. Your 37.5 hours per week are on a shift basis which will encompass some weekend work.
