Job - Residential Support Worker (Autism).
Location - Bridgend.
Salary - £15,000+.

If you have experience working with individuals with autism I'd like to hear from you. My client is offering a great working environment, with 3 days on and 4 days off. Full support is given for training and development with good rates of pay.

Working in a residential unit that currently has four service users, alongside long standing staff members. This client is seeking people who can hit the ground running and make a positive impact within the service. Ideally you will have training in dealing with autism, PBM and be physically active as the home encourages activities with the service users.
