WE NEED YOU!

This is a great organisation that works across the UK supporting vulnerable adults helping them to regain their independence.

You will be transporting service users from the hospital to the comfort of their homes. You will be responsible for their well being and ensuring that they settle into their homes ok.

The right candidate will have:
- a minimum of a years experience working with vulnerable adults,
- level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care
- a full drivers license

Hourly Rate starting at £9
