Looking for a motivated support worker. Working within the homeless and substance misuse sector.

One of UK`s largest housing associations, providing high quality housing and interrogate housing. Working within the health and social care sector, working with the NHS to improve health and lives.

This role included working a shift pattern basis, evenings and weekends. Working with a caseload of clients. Supporting individual's who are homeless or does not have a permanent address.

The ideal candidate would have experience supporting service users; homeless/learning, disability/mental health. Health and social care Level 2. A bubbly person who has passion and enthusiasm

Essential;Basic computer skills, Health & Social Care Level 2
